Although a Northern Virginia native, Jessica, started vacationing in Charleston as a teenager at her parent’s vacation home on the Isle of Palms. From her first visit, she felt at home in Charleston and fell in love with Low country’s beauty and southern hospitality. Her passion for architecture, design and a never-ending desire to learn compelled Jessica to move to Charleston with her husband, Brian.

Jessica strives for and achieves excellence in all aspects of her professional career selling luxury real estate. Jessica has renovated and restored several historic downtown homes and understands the process of living in and loving a historic home. Her ability and expertise in identifying unique and remarkable properties allows her to be a true partner with her clients. 

Her trained eye, business acumen and dedication to her clients result in successful transactions. In addition, she is able to form long lasting relationships with her clients that go beyond a traditional real estate advisor. 

Jessica graduated from The University of Virginia and received her Masters in Communication from American University.  She worked trading bank debt on the secondary loan market for an international law firm in Washington, D.C. Upon moving to Charleston, she worked for The Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center, assisting with all aspects of community outreach, including fundraising, marketing and volunteer recruitment. 

Jessica and her husband, Brian, live in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant with their daughter.  They love taking golf cart rides around the neighborhood with her family and their rescue dog, Hershey. She enjoys practicing yoga, reading and keeping a close eye on the real estate market.
