The ceilings are smooth throughout measuring approx. 10'10"" in the family room and 8' in the hallway. The Crafts House as an Association added the BBQ grill outside; installed a new/upgraded elevator a few years ago; recently installed new mail boxes, updated the HVAC outside cooling unit, updated the water inlet and pipes to improve water flow and pressure. They also caulked and painted all the exterior windows just a couple of years ago, and installed new hall carpets a couple of years ago as well. Various other improvements (eg; roofing, landscaping; re-sealing and re-painting the parking areas, etc...) have been made over the years and continue to be made in order to keep the property looking attractive. Unit 205 has an assigned parking space just outside the Queen Street entrance for convenience.
