· Conduct thorough screening of potential tenants including credit and criminal background checks; landlord and personal references.
· Negotiate, execute and enforce lease agreements.
· Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
· Provide in-depth knowledge of landlord/tenant laws.
· Facilitate all eviction procedures as necessary.
